Hi, I’m Misty — the photographer behind Joyfully Curated.

I’m a wife to my best friend, a follower of Jesus, a devoted coffee lover, and dog mom to the sweetest cockapoo, Roux. I’m a wedding and portrait photographer serving families, couples, and seniors across Louisiana.

For over a decade, photography has been more than a career — it’s been a calling. It allows me to do what I love most: create a space where people feel comfortable, seen, and fully themselves while meaningful moments unfold naturally in front of the camera.

What I cherish most isn’t simply creating beautiful images, but the relationships formed along the way. Many of my clients quickly become friends, and it is truly an honor to walk alongside them through life’s seasons — preserving milestones, celebrations, and the quiet in-between moments that often mean the most.
